LOCATION OF WORK :
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)

EXPERIENCE :
7 - 10 Years

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Prepare base schematic and detail design & drawings for plumbing/firefighting/medical gases.
• Perform space planning, tanks sizing and have knowledge of civil defense requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications and boq of the project.
• Liaise with other disciplines for project coordination.
• Client meeting and followup for concept/schematic deign approval.
• Assist the section manager as directed and supervise engineers & cad.
• Must have knowledge of plumbing codes, NFPA and HTM.
• Must have experience in hospitals design along with commercial projects.

COMPETENCIES :

• Must have skills of problem solving, team working, good communicator, adaptability and flexibility, IT skills, self-motivation.
• Must be familiar with AutoCAD, preferably with Revit experience.
• Project Planning & Monitoring
• Analytical, time management aptitude and good communication skills.
