QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical)

EXPERIENCE :
15 to 20 years of engineering experience, out of which around 5 years in manager/supervisor position

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Manage all activities of branch w.r.t. Sales, Administration, Engineering delivery and Quality.
• Study in detail all the technical and commercial requirements of contract document/Inquiries
• Review tender estimates and prepare most competitive offer ensuring technical compliance
• Communicate and guide Technical/Section Manager(s) for timely project execution in a profitable way at immediate level and engineers at next level
• Maintain very good rapport with clients/contracts for ensuring repeat orders 
• Ensure continuous development of technical skills of the team.
• Maintain the growth of the region in terms of client base, revenues and quality targets
• Provide most reliable MIS to management regularly, take actions that significantly reduces the risk on company and increases the profit for company
• Make clear, consistent, transparent decisions; accept responsibility.
• Ensure invoicing, collection of payments, proper project closing and hand over
