Raed has more than a decade of experience in the field of communication networks in terms of Engineering, Design and Operation & Maintenance and he has gained great experience in project management, through its management of telecommunications networks projects.

Before starting with DAR Engineering Raed was division Manager in Communication Department at Saudi Electricity Company where he managed approx. 50 staff. He was involved in supervision for operation and maintenance, design review, project planning, witnessing of testing and commissioning of communication equipment, and all optical fiber projects in the company.
