Bridging the Gap: Using AI to Shape Healthcare Strategy and Planning

Our senior leadership and experts, Mohamed Jaber, Head of Strategic Planning & Studies at MoH EPC, and Iyad Tammas, General Manager of Sales & Business Development at DAR, will be speaking at the Future of Health Projects Forum – 3rd Edition, which will take place in Qassim and is organized by the Qassim Health Cluster as part of its ongoing efforts to advance healthcare development and innovation across the region.

Their session, titled “Bridging the Gap: Using AI to Shape Healthcare Strategy and Planning,” will examine the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing healthcare strategy formulation and planning processes. The discussion will focus on how AI-enabled tools and analytics can support demand forecasting, optimize resource allocation, improve infrastructure planning, and strengthen alignment with broader healthcare transformation objectives.

By drawing on sector experience and practical insights, the session will highlight how AI can be effectively integrated into healthcare planning methodologies to support resilient, efficient, and future-ready healthcare systems.
