At Dar Engineering, we believe that a strong team is built not just in the office, but through shared experiences and genuine connection. Last week, our Dammam office hosted its Annual Day celebration, a vibrant event dedicated to strengthening the bonds that drive our success.

Leadership in Action A defining feature of this year’s celebration was the active involvement of our senior management. We were honored to have our leadership team join us for the festivities, bridging the gap between management and staff. Far from just observing, they were at the heart of the celebration, sharing moments with the team and personally presenting awards to recognize outstanding contributions. This presence underscored the unity and mutual respect that define our corporate culture.

Adventure and Competition The day was packed with activities designed to energize and engage the team. For those seeking an adrenaline rush, the open water offered the perfect playground for thrilling jet skiing sessions. The sound of engines and laughter filled the air as colleagues took turns navigating the waves.

Indoors, the atmosphere was equally competitive but friendly. Staff members faced off in spirited matches of table tennis, showcasing their reflexes and sportsmanship.

Celebrating Together As the day wound down, the focus shifted to celebration. The team gathered for a cake-cutting ceremony, surrounded by trophies symbolizing our collective achievements. The excitement peaked during the Lucky Draw, where anticipation ran high as names were drawn from the raffle drum.
