LOCATION OF WORK :
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)

EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 5 years

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Undertake design and engineering of static mechanical equipment such as;

• Development of equipment data sheets and detailed specifications.
• Sizing and selection of storage tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, filters and other static equipment.
• Design and specification of interfaces.
• Review of vendor documents and technical bid evaluations.

• Lead Engineering Project, typically involving;
• Examination of project SoW and developing deliverables, estimation of manhours and timelines.
• Monitoring and reporting of progress.
• Inter-disciplinary coordination in engineering projects.
• Communication and coordination with client engineers.

• Ensure compliance with to QMS procedure and provide regular feedback to the Section Manager.
  

COMPETENCIES :

• Must have reasonable experience of work on projects of international repute.
• Posses some experience on an operating plant, preferably in technical or maintenance as a Discipline Lead or a Project Lead.
• Must have skills of problem solving, team working, good communicator, adaptability and flexibility, IT skills, self-motivation.
• Experience in low pressure duct design is an advantage.
• Design and selection of steam turbines, pumps, packaged equipment and rotary process equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards like ASME specially ASME Sec VIII, API 650 etc.
• Estimations of mechanical equipment costs
• Manpower and Engineering resource estimation.
• Engineering project planning, using project planning software.
