Shahbaz Graduated with a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore Pakistan.

Shahbaz has more than 2 decade of experience in Power and Electrical Industry and gained a wide range of experience in project management, Engineering experience in Transmission and Distribution.

At DAR Engineering Shahbaz is responsible for monitoring overall operations of the company, Recruitment / Mobilization, Approvals for purchases/ payments, Managing the company overall technical and commercial matters, Preparing tender proposals for consultancy projects, Finalizing / Costing of all the projects of the company, Extensively involved in day to day critical design and engineering related problems being faced by all the branches pertaining to protection, electrical disciplines in particular and overall engineering in general Involved in overall business development of the company by exploring new opportunities, Involved in establishing new design departments within the company like Transmission Line
(T/L), Power Plant (PP.), Building design and Electro-Mechanical design.
