Design & Construction Supervision of a new Specialized Medical Centre Hospital Tower which comprises of 150 beds in phase 1 and another 150 beds in phase 2. Scope of work includes complete design with executive drawings (schematics & detailed internal layout), executive drawings MEP Design, technical specifications, and the bill of quantities for a hospital tower to be built on 9600 m² land at King Abdullah Road in Riyadh. The new facility will contain:
