Project Brief

Located on Al Kharj Road, South of Riyadh , the Labour Camp will house 3350 personnel working in alfanar Industrial City. Total constructed area shall be 58,000 sq. m over a plot area of 60,000 sq m. The Labour Camp includes a Restaurant Building , Recreation Building & other services buildings. Sports & Green Areas will also be developed as part of the master plan.

DAR Engineering scope of work will be Detailed Architectural, Structural & MEP works along with construction supervision at site.
