Description:

Punjab Power Development Company Limited (PPDCL), a corporate entity under Energy Department, Government of the Punjab was mandated to construct, operate and maintain power generation projects in the province to meet energy shortage. PPDCL intended to develop 150-200 MW imported coal fired power project at four (4) sites near load centers namely Lahore, Sialkot, Faisalabad and Multan.

Scope of Service:

DAR participated in conducting the Feasibility study for the project. The study included coal and water study, review of grid inter-connection options, review of technologies, project financial structuring, developing revenue model, undertake project financial appraisal and preparation of study report.
